As the former Vice President of Technical & Analytics at Anglo American, Andrea oversaw mine planning, geoscience, geotechnical engineering, and analytics, leading transformative initiatives and strengthening performance across diverse technical teams.​

Her presentation will offer perspectives drawn not only from her extensive career but also from a “whole‑of‑person” approach to professional growth.
